It was after having my two children that I discovered a passion for health, fitness and nutrition. I have always been an active person but during my journey of losing the 'baby weight' I fell in love with circuit style training and finding nutritious recipes to fuel not only my workouts but my everyday life with two little ones.Â
After a couple of years I made the decision to turn my passion into my job and trained to become a personal trainer. I wanted to make health and fitness accessible to all and so Personal Fitness came to life in 2018.
